My new favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa. I went twice in one week after discovering this place. I love the bbq pork vermicelli bowl. It's my favorite! The sauce that comes with it is sooooo good. You have to come here if you haven't been here and love Asian cuisine.
Great bahn mi here. I usually get the lemon grass beef. Can't go wrong with the lemon grass rice plate either. The servers are friendly and the food comes out quick. It's located in a nice little corner spot decorated appropriately for the venue.
Wow, I am apparently late to the table! This place is so good. I'm hard to impress but consider it done! Had the steak Pho and it was on point with great broth and top notch quality ingredients. Even the basil was a perfect young specimen. Highly recommend! Beats all others I have had locally over a span of 40+ years. Thank you Savor crew. Really appreciate it, nice work!
The food was so good and fresh. Right when me and my family walked and was surprised how good the smell of the kitchen was. We asked what it was they said they were grilling the BBQ pork. We ordered some with rice we also got the short ribs every thing was amazing and fresh. Employees super nice had a great time definitely coming back with family and friend!

Traveled out to Santa Rosa to try Savor Vietnamese Cuisine. It's been some time since I've had some Viet cuisine & my palette was ready! So I decided to head into Savor for lunch. This spot seemed to be a decently know spot & get lots of business. There weren't many people there when I arrived but the occupancy began to grow as I sat enjoying my lunch. People dining-in, zooming in & out for to-go orders. So 'the house' was certainly busy. There were two crew members working, that I could see & whomever was cooking in the back. One member was working the register & food serving. The other member was preparing drinks, which seemed like a very busy station to handle. Both working hard to keep up with the flow of a restaurant / boba shop. Doing the best they could & doing a great job. Cheers to them! *claps* Much appreciated to the workers for taking care of me. Even being very busy - still kind & attentive to patrons needs around the room. When ordering I was met with a dilemma of pho or vermicelli, I chose vermicelli. I can always appreciate the balance between textures & temperatures of a vermicelli bowl. From the tender chew of the bbq grilled pork to the crunch of fresh cucumbers & pickled veggies, this dish always hits the spot. MY ORDER: 'House Special Vermicelli' sub fish sauce for peanut sauce & side order of beef pho broth The dish was described as 'Vermicelli rice noodles topped with roasted peanuts and shallots served with lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, jalapeño, with a chili-lime fish sauce'. The 'House Special' option adds BBQ lemongrass pork, grilled shrimp, & a crispy eggroll. This bowl was GOOD but it would have been GREAT. Flavors were great & all accounted for. I loved the proteins & eggroll addition to this dish. I also really liked the herbaceous touches of the cilantro w/ fresh & pickled veggies to round out the savory elements. The noodles were just a little gummy & had they not been this dish would have been perfect. Having ordered the Vermi-bowl I went ahead & for a side of beef broth to warm the soul & wash it down. Broth was hot to touch, which is perfect, in my opinion. I like to sip right under the point of scold - haha. There was a perfect amount of glisten & green onion on top. The broth was perfect, clear enough to see the bottom of the bowl but dense enough to weigh my tongue, enveloped in flavor *drool* I've got to try to Pho dish now. There is a self-serve water station for convenience. They even have all the supplies you need to take your left-over, right under the water station. Perfect set up for some quick grabs but it for water or to pack up your meal. They had a cold case containing pasties & what not but I didn't have room to try but definitely wanted to. Despite the very few flaws, I'll be back to give some other items a shot. Thank you for hosting my dining experience SAVOR - SANTA ROSA! CHEERS TO A SUCCESSFUL 2024!
